Who we are
WordMaxed is a mobile game by Flexibendi ("we," "us"). This policy explains how we handle data when you use the WordMaxed app.
What data we collect
We collect data needed to operate the game, measure performance, and improve the experience. This may include:
- Gameplay and usage data (e.g., levels played, session length, feature usage).
- Device and app information (e.g., device model, OS version, app version, language, and region settings).
- Diagnostics and performance data (e.g., crash logs, error reports, performance metrics).
- Network information (e.g., IP address and timestamps).
- Leaderboard and Daily Challenge data which may include score, gameplay session data needed for the feature, and your username/display name if you choose to provide one.
We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal data (such as government IDs, precise location, health, or biometric data).
How we use data
We use the data above to:
- Operate WordMaxed features like Daily Challenge and Leaderboards.
- Understand gameplay trends and improve game balance, content, and UX.
- Monitor app stability, diagnose crashes, and fix bugs.
- Prevent fraud or abuse and protect the integrity of leaderboards.
Analytics and service providers

Sharing of data
We share data only as needed to operate the app:
- Unity Analytics as a service provider for app analytics and performance measurement.
- Legal compliance if required by law, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.
Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for the purposes described above, then delete or anonymize it when it is no longer required, unless we are legally required to keep it longer.
Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect data. No system is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children's privacy
WordMaxed is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
International users
Flexibendi may process data in the United States or other regions where our service providers operate. By using WordMaxed, you understand that your data may be transferred and processed outside your country of residence.
Your choices and rights
- Analytics choices: Some analytics can be limited through device settings or platform controls where available.
- Access or deletion requests: You can request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us at privacy@flexibendi.net. We will respond and take reasonable steps to honor requests, subject to legal and operational limits.

We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version with a new effective date. If changes are significant, we will provide additional notice within the app or on our website.
